• Type of DPIA service of interest
• Relevant DPIA type
• Description or details of the need

Purpose of Processing

The collected data is used for:

• Responding to requests and inquiries
• Preparing commercial proposals for DPIA services
• Following up on negotiations
• Sending newsletters and relevant communications (with consent)

Legal Basis

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), given when submitting the form.

Retention Period

Personal data collected will be retained for the period necessary to fulfil the stated purpose and, at most, for 12 months after the last interaction with the data subject (lack of response, inactivity). After this period, the data will be deleted.
